1st quarter new product training roadshow
In order to provide frontline salesmen and distributors with upfront information, the ability to master selling techniques around the design concept, product positioning and functional features of recently launched products, Arctia, mant-o, Monarch, Pride and Ranger, a training roadshow was conducted by Mr Alex Chan, senior product manager and Tobe Ng, product manager in Shanghai, Beijing, Dongguan and Hong Kong branches. Product training and role-playing games were designed to deliver in-depth analysis on product specifications, features, highlights, materials, and design concept. Such events provide an effective platform for the product development team to collect feedback and better understand the market needs from the frontline. The information collected will contribute to future product development and the design of marketing activities to suit the market.
