Opportunity to Bid
• Plan, organize and implement daily training of sales staff (including product knowledge, quotations, sales techniques, etc.).
• Appropriately assign sales leads to sales staff.
• According to the company's sales strategy, effectively control of the contract discount rate, penalty and other terms.
• Track customer trends and requirements, maintain customer contact, coordinate, communicate and solve problems.
Bid to order
• Timely and accurately complete monthly sales and project report .
• Complete project sales and sales forecasts of the sales team and prepare them in a timely and complete manner.
Order to production
• Fully monitor the negotiation, delivery and installation process of each team project.
• Summarize lessons learned from the project and communicate it with team members.
Production to delivery
• Understand site status, make sure the site is ready for installation and confirm the proper delivery time, have AS finish the installation application.
• Communicate with clients and operation team, to make sure arrange the shipment per client requirement.
Delivery to AR
• Timely and accurately review monthly commission grant.
• Grasp market information, trends and achieve market expansion targets.
• Monitor and check the employees effectively according to the company rules and regulations to ensure the completion of the Department's performance.
• Develop customer and customer channels, complete new customer development targets.
