What settings or software do I need on my computer to view the Lamex site?
The Lamex site should work well with all the popular PC-based browsers on the market. For optimal viewing, we recommend using Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later, with screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels or higher.
Can I purchase Lamex products through the web?
The option of online shopping for Lamex products is currently being reviewed. Until a solution is adopted, we strongly recommend customers to obtain a copy of our latest brochure and visit our showroom where our sales professionals can offer further product and space-planning advice.

How can I locate specific Lamex products from your website?
Using the search function in our website, customers are able to search for specific Lamex items by entering any of product category (e.g. seating, desking, panel etc), product brand and model (e.g. Open Up, Supreme, X3 etc) or keywords. Once the product is identified, customers will be directed to the information page for the specific product.

What is the average production lead-time?
The average production lead-time is between 4 to 6 weeks, subject to the availability of raw materials and any special requirements that customers may opt for. Please enquire for a more specific quote.
Does Lamex provide management on the whole project?
We surely do. We have experienced Project Managers and highly trained technicians to help our customers to handle more than one site / project at a time. They are always willing to employ their expertise and experience to help integrate your workplace elements and transform them into high performance offices.

Does Lamex provide product warranty?
Lamex provides up to 5 years of product warranties on most items. Other warranty periods may apply to specific category of products. Customers are advised to enquire before making a purchase. All products under warranty are entitled to correction of defect(s) attributable to manufacturing or design faults, through repair or replacement of the defective component(s) free of charge. This warranty may not apply to electrical products/components, accessories, and upholstery materials, improperly applied / installed / modified / maintained products.
