Account Manager/ Sales Supervisor


Main Responsibilities

​Assist sales manager to achieve sales target of sales team, daily management of sales team, control of internal operation, daily training of sales staff.

According to the 5 FLOW sales process, lead the sales to achieve sales target.

Opportunity to Bid
  • Plan, organize and implement daily training of sales staff (including product knowledge, quotation, sales techniques, etc.).
  • Cooperate with sales staff to follow up CASE, promote customer confidence, understand customer requirements, and improve the signing rate.
  • Proactive in maintaining relationships with customers.
Bid to order
  • According to the company's sales strategy, effectively control the number of contract rate and penalty etc. contract terms.
  • Daily management, liaison and maintenance of key accounts: follow customer trends and requirements, maintain customer contact, coordinate, communicate and solve problems.
  • Follow up the negotiation of major projects, grasp the progress of the project and summarize the successful and failure lessons.
Order to production
  • Instruct sales staff on daily work, review quotation, order and shipment follow up. 
Delivery to AR
  • Complete project sales and sales forecasts of the sales team, and prepare them in a timely and complete manner. the invoice and follow up the AR.
  • Develop customer and customer channels, complete new customer development targets.
  • Deliver monthly sales data and engineering reports to ensure quality, timeliness and accuracy.
Other matters
  • Actively and regularly complete other work assigned by the sales manager.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years relative work experience
  • Familiar with furniture and product knowledge
  • Have business development capability
  • Degree Holder
  • Prefer to have good English listening, speaking and writing skills
  • Travel occasionally
