Over the past decade, office spaces have evolved from fixed workstations to agile workplaces, and further to hybrid work environments. Employee behaviors have transformed alongside this shift.
Collaboration zones no longer feature assigned seats; people settle in different areas each day. Seating must be intuitive and user-friendly, free of adjustment levers or instruction manuals, and designed to accommodate frequent sitting and standing transitions.
