Every work space has an area where ordinary employees work and focus on their personal duties.
In our modern economy, a workspace is now more than meets the eye, as collaboration between team members increasingly drives performance.
Given we spend most of our days at our desk, the importance of this large, flat space we use to complete our assignments should never be underestimated. Make it too small and employees will feel cramped rather than inspired; make it too large and it will soon be cluttered with unrelated objects that will form a barrier between team members.
